Primary Services of the Human Resource Management Office:


1. Request for Service Record, Certificate of Employment, Certificate of Net Pay, and Certified Copy of 201 Documents

Issuance of official documents that reflect an employee's period of employment, office assignment, and salary rate, as well as certified copies of personnel records on file.


2. Processing of Terminal Documents and Benefits

Processing of terminal benefits and related documents for employees who are retiring, resigning, or otherwise separating from service.

About Programs Article

1. Salamat, Mabuhay! Program

The Salamat, Mabuhay! Program honors retiring employees for their years of dedicated service. It provides a formal send-off and a symbolic token of gratitude, celebrating their significant contributions to public service with dignity and appreciation.


2. Mandatory Drug Testing Program

Per Republic Act 9165, the HRMO conducts periodic drug testing for all employees to ensure a safe, drug-free workplace. All results are handled with strict confidentiality in compliance with civil service regulations and public service integrity standards.


3. Computer Literacy Program

The Computer Literacy Program equips employees with essential digital skills to enhance operational efficiency. By supporting the shift to digital workflows, the initiative ensures the workforce can effectively use modern technology for better public service delivery.


4. Wellness Walk Program

The Wellness Walk Program promotes physical fitness, camaraderie, and stress relief among employees. By encouraging an active lifestyle, the initiative reaffirms the office's commitment to employee welfare as a foundation for effective public service.


5. Onboarding Program for New Employees, Immersion, and On-the-Job Training (OJT)

The Onboarding Program provides new hires with a structured orientation on LGU policies, procedures, and culture to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, the office facilitates immersion and on-the-job training for interns, offering hands-on experience in government operations and public service.
